I’ve always read voraciously, vastly preferring the world in books to reality. There have been times that reality and I have barely been on speaking terms. After working as a programmer for several large corporations, I decided to follow my dream instead, and started to write. I’m particularly interested in speculating about how human nature will be tweaked in the far future, but find any kind of fantasy absorbing. Clean up after my three sons and husband, or create fascinating worlds of fantasy…? It’s a tough decision, but those dust bunnies deserve a life, too.
My first novel was published by Loose Id in November of 2006, and I have contracts for several more novellas–and a directory full of plans for more. If only I could write faster…
